Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at thesavvyhuman1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
